The
work of the Chamber is financed by the investment of the members who
support it. The majority of the income of the Chamber comes from dues
income and non-dues income such as fundraisers. The dues or investment
formula is as follows:
*Business
(Voting):
Designed
for businesses and industry conducting business in Aransas County.
Two
part-time employees (20 hrs. per week or less) shall be counted as one
full-time employee.
1 - 10 employees...................................................$205
per year
11 - 20 employees.................................................$255
per year
21 - 40 employees.................................................$305
41 - 50 employees.................................................$480
51 or more employees............................................$780 per
year
*Business
Associate (Non-Voting):
Designed for employees of voting Chamber member businesses who wish to
be actively involved in the Chamber $105
*One
Owner/Multiple Business (Voting): Designed for businesses owned by
one person or group. Primary Business uses guidelines above. Additional
Businesses 1/2 of the base rate + guidelines.
*Accommodations
(Voting): Designed for businesses with Hotel/Motel/Condominium/Bed &
Breakfast. 1-25 units $205. 26 + units $205 + $2 per unit over 25 (no
employee guide).
*RV/
Campground (Voting): Designed for RV, Mobile Home Parks/Campgrounds.
$205.
*Financial
Institution (Voting): Designed for Banks and Lending Institutions
$30 per million in deposits of local facility.
*Professional
Services (Voting): Designed for occupations which require an
education degree or certification by the state or a professional
association. $205 per professional in office.
*Organizational
(Non-Voting): Designed for nonprofit civic organizations $105.
*Individual
(Voting): Designed for non-business related persons who wish to be
active in the community $80 base investment + $25 additional to add
spouse.
The above is for
Annual Membership Dues. Membership renewal will fall on the anniversary
date you joined the Chamber. You will be notified by receiving an
invoice.
