About the Charmers"

The Charmers are a non-profit volunteer group for the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce's Visitor Center.

The Purpose of the Charmer Volunteer Program

The Charmers man the front lobby of the Visitor Center from 9 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9 am - 2 pm on Saturday.  They assist in promoting the tourism industry and local businesses who are members of the Chamber, and go above and beyond to assist the visitor by:

*Providing each person who walks through the Visitor Center's door with a friendly greeting and assist with their needs.

*Promoting and assisting with programs of information, education, recreations and development for visitors

*Creating a friendly relation between the citizens of the area and the visitors

Each month the Charmers are treated to a tour and lunch.  Each tour involves learning about upcoming events, new things in town and gathering information on local businesses.  If you would like for the Charmers to tour your business, e-mail us!

Become A Charmer Volunteer

Membership in the Chamber Charmers program is open to those individuals who have interest in the Coastal Bend area, who have pride in the many advantages offered by the area and who desire to share this interest and pride with visitors.  Any citizen (or part-time citizen) of the Rockport-Fulton area will be eligible for membership in the Charmers upon application for membership and approval by the Charmers.
