Objective:

To influence controlled growth and a more diversified economy by supporting the growth of existing business expansion and encouraging new culturally sensitive businesses to relocate here and to look at ways to improve the technical skills of high school graduates.

Accomplishments:
*Stay current on business issues relating to workforce development
*Work closely with Corpus Christi EDC to further develop relationship
*Maintain current statistical data relative to the area for printed material as well as on the web
*Through the Chamber staff, respond to 10 to 15 new business inquiries per month
*Developed Technical Center Proposal to present to school officials
